We're aware that some customers connected to the Hove exchange were experiencing a poor quality of landline and broadband services last night between 8pm-10pm. This was due to high volumes of congestion on the exchange. Affected customers may have been unable to use their landline, broadband or TV service during this time.

This issue has been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We will continue to monitor congestion at Hove following an update to the exchange today. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
