Loss of Boost channels - Error IPC6009

We're aware that some customers were experiencing issues with their TV services. Some customers were seeing error code IPC6009 when viewing their Boost channels.
Latest update: 7:22pm 29th January 2021
This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
