We're aware that some customer in and around the Kingsclere area are experiencing a loss of Phone and Broadband service due to a piece of damaged equipment on the Openreach network.

Engineers have located some equipment on the Openreach network which is damages and causing the loss of service. We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused buy this loss of service and assure you that our engineers are working with Openreach engineers to restore service as soon as possible.
