We're aware that some customers connected to the Redditch Old Townexchange were experiencing a loss of Broadband & TV service due to a circuit being down.

This fault has been repaired and the Fibre Broadband service has been fully restored in this area. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during the loss of service.
