Loss of Fibre broadband

We're aware that some customers connected to the Brigg exchange are experiencing a loss of service with their Broadband. 

 

I've got no service what should I do? 

If you're experiencing an outage with your service and live in this area there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue however if you urgently need to speak with us you can contact us here.
