We're aware that some customers in and around the North East of England have been experiencing a loss of Freeview TV and radio service. This was due to a fire at the Bilsdale Transmitter on the 10th August which impacted anyone in and around Yorkshire, Teeside and parts of County Durham. Affected customers may have seen the error code YVM302.

Engineers have successfully switched on a new 80 metre temporary mast at the new Bilsdale site. The new mast will bring back signal to thousands of homes across the region.
We recommend that viewers in the affected areas should complete a retune on your TalkTalk TV box.
