We're aware that some customers in Tywyn and Barmouth areas were experiencing a loss of their Phone and Broadband service.

Latest update: 8.28pm 13th February 2018

Openreach have confirmed all services have now been restored.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this outage.
