We're pleased to confirm that service has now been restored to all affected customers, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience during this time.


Some customers in and around the Newcastle area are currently experiencing a loss of service. We'd like to assure you that our engineers are working to restore service ASAP.

What next?   

If you live in the above area and experiencing a loss of service, there's no need to contact us as we're already working with local engineers to resolve the issue. We'll keep you updated on our progress right here, so check back for updates.
