We're aware that customers connected to the Castle Bromwich, Chelmsley Wood and Coleshill exchanges were experiencing a loss of Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 5:16pm 14th September 2020

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
