Loss of broadband in the Warsop area

We're aware that some customers connected to the Warsop exchange were experiencing a loss of Broadband due to a faulty fibre cable.

Affected area code: 01623

Latest update: 4:02pm 13th November 2018

We can confirm this issue is now fixed and service has been restored for all customers.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
