We're aware that customers connected to the Totton, Fawley, and Hythe exchanges were experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

Latest update: 00:54am 18th December 2019 

Following confirmation from Openreach, we can now confirm this issue is now resolved and service has been restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
