We're aware that customers in the Carlisle and Dumfries and Galloway areas were experiencing a loss of Broadband service.
The impacted exchanges included: Cumnock, Dumfries, Dalbeattie, Workington, Keswick, Ambleside, Windermere, Aspatria, Maryport, Kendal, Longtown, Langholm, Stranraer, Castle Douglas & Kirkcudbright
