Loss of broadband service in Thamesmead and Erith areas

We're aware that customers connected to the Thamesmead and Erith exchanges were experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

Latest update: 3:29pm 14th March 2020

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
