We're aware some of our customers are having difficulty using their broadband service.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that our engineers are investigating this as a matter of urgency.
Latest Update- 08:00 23rd May 2017
We're pleased to confirm that service has now been restored to all exchanges. Once again we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
