We're aware of some customers who are experiencing issues with their broadband, phone and TV services connected to the following exchanges;

  • Bewdley
  • Kidderminster
  • Wolverley

Our engineers are looking into this as a priority and hopefully will have services back up running soon, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update - 5:15pm We're pleased to confirm that services have been restored, we apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
