Loss of service Great Crosby, Hightown and North exchanges

We're aware of some customer who are experiencing issues with their broadband, phone and TV services at the following exchanges;

  • Great Crosby
  • Hightown
  • North

Our engineers are working on this as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Update 11:10 AM - Virgin Media engineers have been working throughout the night and have confirmed that service has been restored, once again we apologise for any inconvenience.
