Update - 07:30 pm 2nd May 2018 - Virgin Media engineers have confirmed that service has been restored.

We’re aware some customers are having issues with their phone, broadband and TV services, our engineers are liaising with Virgin Media to resolve this. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
