Loss of service at Aylesford exchange

We're aware of some customers connected to this exchange are experiencing a loss of service to their broadband, phone and TV services. Our engineers are looking into this and liaising with BT to get a fix in place. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 12:55 29th August - Our engineers have confirmed that service has been restored after they re-spliced a fibre connection. We'd like to apologise once again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.
