Loss of service at Castle Douglas exchange

We're aware that customers connected to the Castle Douglas exchange were experiencing a loss of service. The following exchanges were also affected:

  • Dalbeattie 
  • Kirkcudbright

Latest update: 7:12am 8th April 2021

Following corrective work by our engineers this fault has been fixed and services have been restored. We continue to monitor the network in these exchanges to ensure there are no further issues. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
