We’re pleased to confirm that the earlier issue has now been resolved.
We’re aware that customers on the Devize exchange are currently experiencing a total loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service which is due to a fault on the Openreach network.
We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage and assure you that Openreach engineers are en route to the exchange to restore service.
