We're aware that customers connected to the following exchanges are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service;

    • Horbury
    • Lofthouse Gate
    • Ossett
    • Pontefract

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.

Update - 21:55 - We can confirm that service has been fully restored to those affected.
