We're aware of some customers connected to the Lydney exchange were experiencing a loss of service with their phone, broadband and TV services.

Latest update: 6:35pm 30th January 2019

We can confirm this issue has now been resolved and all services have been restored.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
