Loss of service at Morley, Hunslet and Drighlington exchanges

We're aware that customers connected to the Morley, Hunslet and Drighlington exchanges were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service due to a fibre cable break.

Latest update: 4:13pm 18th March 2019

Virgin Media engineers have replaced the damaged fibre cable and reconnected all circuits. We can confirm this issue is now resolved and all customers are now back up and running. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
