We're aware that customers connected to the Plymouth exchange are currently experiencing a loss of service.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
Update 2:00pm - Our engineers have confrirmed that service has been restored.
