We're aware that some customers connected to the Fraserburgh exchange were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.

This was affecting area code 01346.

Latest update: 6:27pm 3rd July 2018

This issue has now been resolved and service has been restored to affected customers. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
