Loss of service at the Galashiels exchange

We're aware that customers connected to the Galashiels exchange were experiencing a loss of service. This issue also impacted customers connected to the following exchanges:

  • Melrose
  • Selkirk
  • St Boswells

Latest update: 7:10am 12th March 2021

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
