Loss of service at the Leyland exchange

We're aware that customers connected to the Leyland exchange were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service. This issue was also affecting some customers in the Chorley, Croston, Eccleston and Hesketh Bank areas.

Latest update: 10:27pm 31st January 2019

We can confirm this issue has now been resolved and all services have been restored.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
