Openreach are currently completing copper cable maintenance in the New Cross area. Some customers connected to the New Cross exchange may experience intermittent loss of service while the work is completed.

Service has now been restored from the outage earlier today. Openreach engineers continue with cable maintenance in the area and we are monitoring the network during this time. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
