Loss of service in Bedford

We're aware that some customers in the Bedford area are currently experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 6:36pm 17th November 2023

Openreach engineers are currently on site waiting for replacement parts to be delivered. Once received the engineers will carry out repair works to replace the faulty equipment. 

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we're working to restore service as quickly as possible.
