Loss of service in Hemsworth

We're aware that some customers in the Hemsworth area are currently experiencing a loss of service. This is due to a fire at the exchange which has caused extensive damage to the building.

Openreach Emergency Response teams are on site and working around the clock to get everything back up and running again as soon as possible. We're currently unable to give an estimate for when repairs will be finished, however delays are likely due to the level of damage and challenging working conditions.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and we'll post more updates here when we receive them. Thank you for your patience.
