We're aware that customers connected to the Lisburn exchange in Northern Ireland are currently experiencing a loss of service following a power cut in the area.

Local Electricity Board engineers have completed their investigations and are currently waiting for replacement parts to arrive on-site. Service will be restored once the replacement parts have been installed. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that the engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
