We're aware that customers connected to the Northolt and West Drayton exchanges are currently experiencing a loss of service.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.

Latest Update 7:10am 19th August - Virgin Media engineers  have assessed that the Fibe optic cabling has been damaged. They are now replacing this cabling.
