Loss of service in Ponders End

We're aware that customers in Ponders End are currently experiencing a loss of service. This is due to a number of underground cables being accidentally damaged by third party contractors at a construction site in Meridian Way.

Latest update - 5th December 2019 8:15am

Openreach engineers are still working around the clock to re-join the broken fibre cables and restore service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience
