Virgin Media engineers worked during the night on the affected fibre cable for the Wickersley exchange. The engineers now need to gain access to the Rotherham exchange this morning to carry out further investigations into this issue.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
