We're aware that some customers in Southampton and Luton areas were experiencing a loss of Broadband, Phone and TV service.

Latest update: 12:27pm 25th January 2018

Our engineers have confirmed this issue has been fully resolved and all services are now working. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
