Loss of service in Tunbridge Wells and Hove

We're aware some customers connected to these exchanges are experiencing a loss of their broadband, phone and TV service. Our engineers are working with Openreach to identify the issue as a matter of urgency. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Update 9:30 am - We're pleased to confirm that services have fully been restored, once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we investigated this.
