We're aware that some customers in Western and Eastern Scotland are currently experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 7:44am 14th December 2023

We have identified the issue and our engineer is on site to carry out any required repairs. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
