We're aware that some customers in multiple areas in London were experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 11:14am 17th November 2023

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been restored. We are continuing to monitor the service in the London area. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
