We're pleased to confirm that this issue is now resolved with service being restored to all affected customers. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Customers in the following areas are currently experiencing a loss of service due to damaged Virgin Media cabling in the local vicinity which is used by TalkTalk and other providers however the areas in green have had service restored:
- Balham
- Battersea
- Streatham
- Tooting
- Vauxhall
