Customers in the following areas are currently experiencing a loss of service due to damaged Virgin Media cabling in the local vicinity which is used by TalkTalk and other providers:
We'd like to assure you that we're working with local engineers to restore your service ASAP and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
If you live in one of the above areas and are experiencing a loss of service, there's no need to contact us as we're already working with local engineers to resolve the issue. We'll keep you updated on our progress right here, so check back for updates.
Latest Update - 09:14am, 11th August
Engineers have located the damaged part of the cabling causing this issue and are working to replace the damaged sections of cable.
