We're aware that customers connected in the East, central and south Midlands area are currently experiencing a loss of service.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.

Update 6:00pm - Our engineers have confirmed service has been restored
