Loss of service in the East Midlands region

We're aware that customers in the East Midlands region are currently experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 12:36am 14th January 2024

There has been major fire at the Swadlincote exchange that has caused this outage. The Fire Brigade have attended to deal with the fire. Once the site has been confirmed safe to enter, our engineers will gain access to the exchange and assess the damage and complete any repairs needed.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
