We're aware that some customers in the Isleworth area are experiencing a loss of service, this is due to a break in a cable on the Virgin Media network.

Virgin Media engineers have carried out temporary repairs to a Fibre Joint to bring back service. Further work is due and we will provide any further updates here when we get them. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
