We're aware that some customers in the Lancashire area were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.

We can confirm the earlier issues have now been fully resolved. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time. If you continue to have issues with your broadband, try rebooting it to resolve the issue.
