We're aware that some customers in and around the Londonderry area are currently experiencing a loss of Broadband, Phone and TV service. This loss of service is due to a break in a fibre cable on the Openreach network.
Latest Update - 6:20pm, 18th January: We’re pleased to confirm that Openreach and our engineers have resolved the cable break and restored service to all affected customers. Once again we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
