We're aware that some customers in and around the Londonderry area are currently experiencing a loss of Broadband, Phone and TV service. This loss of service is due to a break in a fibre cable on the Openreach network.
Latest Update - 5:30pm, 18th January: We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and would like to assure you that our engineers are working alongside Openreach engineers to restore service ASAP. There’s no need to contact us during this time however we'll keep you updated right here so check back later for updates, we’ll be sharing our next update at 6:30pm.
