We're aware that customers connected to multiple exchanges in and around the Luton area were  experiencing a loss of service due to a power failure.

Latest update: 10:13am 22nd November 2021

Engineers have confirmed that services have now been restored in all affected areas.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
