Loss of service in the Manchester area

We're aware that some customers in the Manchester area (postcodes M14 & M19) were experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 8:24AM 7 December 2021

Openreach engineers have confirmed they have completed repair works at the exchange and service has now been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
