We're aware that customers connected in the North West region are currently experiencing a loss of service.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority. 
Latest update 21st October 7:40pm Our engineers have fixed the issue, if you're still experiencing an issue with your connection we advise you to reboot your router!
