We're aware that some customers across the North West are currently experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 3:52pm 5th January 2025

Engineers are investigating a power outage that’s caused the loss of connection and are currently rerouting  services. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
